Workshop Overview

Description

This session supports teams in taking an honest look at how their PLCs are functioning and whether they are truly driving MTSS and inclusive Tier 1 instruction. Using a PLC reflection tool, participants will assess where their PLC structures currently fall along the implementation continuum and identify common disconnects between intention and practice. Participants will explore what it looks like when PLCs move beyond compliance and become spaces for analyzing instruction, anticipating barriers, and aligning Tier 1 practices with student needs.

Objectives

  • Define clear next steps to strengthen PLC impact
  • Identify misalignments between PLC purpose and actual routines
  • Assess current PLC structures using a reflection tool aligned to MTSS and inclusive Tier 1
