Description

“How can I possibly implement UDL when I have to follow a curriculum?” This session addresses that common concern head-on. In this session, participants will explore how to embed UDL principles into their existing materials, routines, and assessments without rewriting the program. We’ll also examine how to build shared understanding and momentum across teams to make universally designed instruction sustainable.

Objectives

  • Identify flexible strategies for applying UDL principles within an adopted curriculum.
  • Analyze examples of how to redesign lessons, assessments, or routines while maintaining fidelity to core content.
