Learning walks and coaching provide up to seven hours of flexible, on-site support per day. Time may include classroom visits and learning walks, small-group conversations, 1:1 coaching, or individual observation with feedback. Teams use this learning to identify strengths and barriers, refine instructional practices, and set clear next steps for strengthening core instruction.
