Mirko Chardin is a nationally recognized author, speaker, and leadership coach specializing in Universal Design for Learning (UDL), restorative practices, inclusive school culture, and educational leadership. A former teacher and founding head of school, he partners with school and district leaders to create learning environments where every student experiences belonging, purpose, and meaningful opportunities to thrive.

 He is the co-author of the bestselling Equity by Design: The Power and Promise of UDL and Restorative Practices That Heal School Communities, co-authored with Pamela Chu-Sheriff and Edgar Vasquez, bringing together practical strategies that help educators strengthen relationships, improve school culture, and build more inclusive systems.
