Lindie Johnson is Chief Operating Officer of Novak Education, where she leads the organization's operations, marketing, communications, and project management. She oversees the successful delivery of consulting engagements, online learning programs, and large-scale organizational initiatives that support thousands of educators and school leaders each year.
With more than 20 years of experience across the education, nonprofit, and public sectors, Lindie brings expertise in organizational operations, professional learning implementation, communications, and systems design. She has led initiatives ranging from the development of online professional learning programs and organizational communications strategies to complex project management and cross-functional operational planning.
Before joining Novak Education, Lindie served in several roles at RISLA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding access to higher education through college planning services and affordable education financing. She led direct marketing, branding, and data analysis initiatives that strengthened public awareness, increased engagement with college planning resources, and supported sustained organizational growth.
Lindie earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University and a certificate from the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
