Ginna Daza
Associate Education Consultant

Ginna Daza is a multilingual educator, inclusion advocate, and curriculum strategist with a spark that lights up every room she walks into. Originally from Colombia, Ginna brings over 17 years of experience in education, from rural classrooms to international schools, and a deep belief that learning should be accessible, meaningful, and joyful for every student.

With a background in special education, a postgraduate degree in learning patterns and quality education, and a Master’s in Leadership and Innovation from Spain, Ginna blends academic rigor with real-world experience. She’s taught across primary and middle school, led as a learning support coordinator, and designed inclusive curriculum as a curriculum coordinator; all while building a deep understanding of the IB continuum and how it can be leveraged to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Certified in both Level 1 and Level 2 Universal Design for Learning (UDL), Ginna equips educators with the tools and mindset to design learning environments where every student can thrive. Fluent in Spanish, English, and Italian, she’s a global thinker with a local heart. Her superpower? Turning passion into action.

A lifelong learner with the curiosity of Hermione Granger (yes, she’s a proud Harry Potter and LEGO fan). Ginna brings energy, resilience, and joy to everything she does, whether she’s coaching teachers, building inclusive strategies, or serving up spikes on the volleyball court.

She doesn’t just talk about inclusion, she lives it. And she’ll be the first to tell you: when we design with all learners in mind, magic happens.
