Withdrawal Policy
We understand sometimes life gets in the way.
Please note all withdrawal requests must be received in writing at education@novakeducation.com by the deadlines designated in this policy. If you decide to withdraw from a facilitated online course 7 or more days prior to the course beginning, we will issue you a full refund upon your written request. Any withdrawal 6 days prior to the course beginning through the end of day 3 of the course, will be issued a 50% refund upon written receipt of your withdrawal request. No refunds will be issued after 4 days from the time the course begins.
Non-facilitated courses are non-refundable. Once you enroll, you have unlimited access to the course for 1 year.

Cancellation Policy
Novak Education reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to low attendance. Should a cancellation occur, Novak Education will contact the participant about the cancellation.
In the event that Novak Education cancels a course, Novak Education will try to reschedule and place registered students in the new course. If a student is unable to attend on the new date, a full refund will be issued.
