Jenn Harth leads school and district-level change management by using design thinking to facilitate change. Jenn brings 19 years experience in education across multiple contexts, including public, private, and charter schools and currently serves as the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) Specialist for a PreK - 8 school district outside of Chicago. As the UDL Specialist, Jenn works with district administrators, principals, and teachers to facilitate professional learning and determine systems-level ways to universally design access to learning for more students. This includes the redesign of the district’s multi-tiered system of supports (MTSS) for academics, social-emotional/behavior, and attendance and also includes professional learning for district administrators, principals and teachers. Prior to serving as the UDL Specialist, Jenn was a principal and assistant principal on the south side of Chicago as well as a Chicago Public School teacher.
